Customer Service

Provides great customer service to the campus community and to PF’S multi-trade staff. Dispatch is responsible for receiving daily maintenance requests from the campus community and PF Staff and dispatches the calls to the appropriate resource group in a timely manner.

Jenise Stallion-PF Dispatcher

Dispatch also coordinates and directs dissemination of vital information regarding scheduled building shut-downs, emergency building shut-downs or any type of emergency which would impact the campus. Customer Service can answer most questions or make referrals on all informational requests.
