Office of Campus Planning and Design
Geographic Information Systems
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) play an essential role in the everyday activities of the Office of Campus Planning & Design. From specific project site analysis to long range development plans, GIS technology provides a wide range of tools that support decision makers in the physical development of our Campus.
Below are some examples of the work produced by our GIS specialists. The purpose of these maps is to support and guide the UCSB community, but the Department is not responsible for the accuracy or currency of its contents. Please contact the Campus Planning & Design office for more information.
